Leia visits Padmé on Naboo

One of my favourite pieces I have done. Something different from my norm - Senator Leia Organa paying her real mother Padmé Amidala’s grave a visit on Naboo, in the gardens beneath the Palace of Theed.

This is a recreation of a piece I did over ten years ago. I Wanted to capture a peaceful moment of reflection in the late afternoon as the senator takes a small piece of time away from New Republic politics post fall of the Empire, to pay her respects to her real biological mother, the late queen and senator of Naboo.
